Data Sheets & Stock Check »What is a Plug Fuse? A Plug fuse is a 125 volt AC branch circuit rated fuse that interrupts a minimum of 10,000 amps. The Plug Fuse ampere ratings range from 1/4 amp to 30 amps and are designed to screw into a socket. Plug Fuses are offered with a rejection base having a ceramic base with rejection threads or an Edison base having brass threads and a ceramic body. Fast acting time delay and dual element time delay versions are available. Adapters for using rejection type plug fuses in Edison base fuse sockets are also available. Plug fuses are listed under UL 248-11, Plug Fuses and CE.
