Data Sheets & Stock Check »What is a Class RK1 Fuse? The UL Class RK1 fuse is current limiting fuse that is rated to interrupt a minimum of 200,000 amps. The RK1 fuse is rated at either 250 volts AC or 600 volts AC and is available in fast acting or time delay versions. The RK1 fuse has ampere ratings range from 1/10 to 600 amps. The time delay version has a dual element construction. Bussmann, Littlefuse and Mersen self certify their UL Class RK1 fuses to a 300,000 amp interrupting rating. Blown fuse indication versions of the Class RK1 fuse are also available. The RK1 fuse is UL Listed under UL 248-12, Class RK1 and CSA Certified.
Bussmann, Littelfuse and Mersen offer UL Class RK1 fuses. Bussmann uses the Low-Peak® and Limtitron® brand names for its UL Class RK1 fuses. Littelfuse markets its UL Class RK1 fuses under the POWR-PRO® and Indicator® brand names. Mersen uses the Amp-Trap 2000®, SmartSpot® and Amp-Trap® brand names.
