What is a forklift fuse or limiter fuse? A fork lift fuse or limiter fuse is a circuit limiter that is offered in fast acting time delay and dual element time delay versions. Forklift fuses have ampere ratings range from 1 to 800 amps with voltage ratings ranging from 32 to 130 volts DC. Interrupting ratings range from 2,500 to 10,000 amps. In some forklift fuse versions, an open window in the body of the fuse provides visual indication of the limiters status. Forklift limiter fuses are recommended for use on battery operated lift trucks and other low voltage battery-operated equipment. Fork lift limiter fuses are UL Recognized and CSA certified
